As they embark on the first leg of their 2008 tour, Radiohead are appealing to fans to think about how they travel to and from shows. Last year, the band commissioned carbon footprint analysts Best Foot Forward to calculate the carbon impact of two of their US tours from 2003. The report showed that fan travel to and from the shows makes the greatest impact on the CO2 generation of a tour, something which is now widely accepted across the industry.
